I also declare that I shall abide by the terms and conditions of “Brahmapur Zakat- Fitra Council” for sanction zakat-fitra fund and I have undertake, that if at any stage, it is found to the satisfaction authority that the information provided by me is false or if I violate the terms and conditions of the Brahmapur Zakat- Fitra Council the application may be cancelled and the all entire sanctioned amount of zakat-fitra fund will be refunded by me.
